A re-draw of that old Fireflies thing I did April of last year. Around 11 months of drawing ponies later. I'm so glad that Friendship is Magic kept me drawing in a period where my imagination literally died out. This time last year was a bit difficult for me and my motivation and inspiration dried up, but ponies kept the drive to draw going. Although a large bulk of my work for the past year has simply been fanart, and the original stuff is just boring lifeless rubbish for school, I'm very glad and grateful for these ponies. I've learned a lot simply by gawking in awe at the works the other fanartists have created, so thank you to you guys too for sharing your gorgeous pieces and helping me learn! Not quite sure I'm where I wanna be yet, but gonna keep working at it. ^u^

Otherwise amazing, but I keep getting distracted by that blasted smile.
Oh and for those who dont know what the film it is it played doudle feature in japan with my neighbor totoro....oddest doudle feature....dont watch grave of the fire flies unless you want to cry ....alot.....
By the way. If you pay attention to the lyrics of the song "Fireflies" it actually says that you're watching some guy fall asleep. "YOU wouldn't believe YOUR eyes if ten-million fireflies lit up the worlds as I fell asleep." I have no idea why I would be watching him fall asleep.
