Browsing down the EqD drawfriend, this one immediately stood out. It creates such a nice little scene in your head

My only criticism would be that she seems a tad 'planted' in the rain, rather than as if she's actually part of the scene (ie. being rained upon). Some kind of additional moisture effect could be good
